Simply Yoga is a home based studio located in the middle of the Village of Bobcaygeon.
The studio emphasizes a calming and supporting environment. The use of candlelight, carpeted flooring and soft music creates a serene atmosphere.
Props like bolsters, straps, blankets and pillows provide physical support to help you comfortably achieve and maintain poses.
This approach can be especially beneficial for beginners, older adults, those with physical limitations, or anyone looking to enhance their relaxation and mindful practice.
Each class is delivered at a slow and gentle pace ensuring ample instruction and modifications when required.
Classes are small with no more than 8-10 participants.
Whether you are new to yoga, just beginning or an advanced practitioner there is a class for everyone.

My classes make it easy for you to practice yoga by modifying the poses with props like blankets, blocks, and bolsters (all provided) to make each pose accessible and safe to every client.
