Gentle Slow and Flow
For All Bodies
Come into your day with a slow, gentle, mindful and flowing sequence of stretching and strengthening postures that link movement to the breath.
These classes are taught at a slower pace to allow you to experience postures fully and to learn to incorporate modifications appropriate to your abilities.
Concepts of mindfulness, meditation, and pranayama (breath exercises) are incorporated throughout the class.

Men’s Gentle Yoga
Real Men Do Yoga
Transition from the stiffness that settles into the body with the passage of time.
Counter the effects of gravity by mindfully lengthening the spine, opening the posture, improving balance and moving each joint through its full range of motion.
Bolsters, straps and other props are used for greater ease and accessibility into the poses. Slow, gentle and safe. Absolutely no yoga experience is required.
Great for seniors, for golfers and curlers.
Chair Yoga
For Older Adults
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair or wall-bars for support.
It is designed for those who are experiencing mobility issues due to the effects of aging, disabilities & rehab. The postures are simple and uncomplicated.
Also very suitable for those recovering from injury, stress, anxiety & depression, and knee and hip replacements.
Students will deepen their flexibility, range of motion and strengthen their personal body by moving mindfully through a variety of modified traditional yoga poses.
You will learn to find your stillness through the use of breathing techniques, meditation and other ways of relaxation.
